| I had to. |
¡Hola ya'll!
This week we had a worldwide missionary broadcast! It was streamed live from the missionary department HQ, where we watched the Missionary Committee discuss how to teach better. I think I learned something. They did announce some big changes, for instance: what we count. Usually we keep track of 10 indicators like how many lessons we teach, how many referrals we receive and contact, new investigators, ect. They announced they would cut it down to 4, so now we only keep track of people with baptism dates, baptisms, investigators at church and new investigators. I like it. I think it will cut down on the number grind and focus more on getting new people to Church. They also announced some changes to the schedule but the most important change is we have more time to dig for ties on P-Day.

This week is my companion's last week of his mission! His family is going nuts. He's really trying to work hard in his last week, but I can tell he's excited to go home. He may freeze when he gets back to Utah though.
I realized I spent last winter in Texas too! That means I'll have spent a total of 3 winters in Texas by the end of my mission. I don't know how well I'll adjust when I get back. I may freeze as well.
I hope I don't get transferred but we'll see.
Till next week,
Elder Gray.
