Hello, everyone!
Last week of the transfer. As missionaries, sometimes we gather around and play Transferdamus, a game in which we all guess who is going and where. The collective mind of the group is usually pretty accurate, but there are some surprises occasionally. One such surprise is that my faithful companion is leaving! He will be a District Leader in Zapata, my first area. I was happy to talk to him about it and show him some pictures.

My new companion will be Elder Grannis. I first met him on the plane and got to know him better in the MTc. I'm excited to serve with him for the next 6 weeks.
Our last leadership training was themed "Let It Go", about leaving behind worries, problems, and investigators who aren't progressing. I had the opportunity to do some soul-searching and identify some things to let go. Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. No use in worrying about something that can't be controlled, so let it go and move forward.
At the end of the meeting, he played 'Let It Go' from Frozen, which was perfect.
