Army of Two

We aren't usually in drainage canals, but...

Hello, everybody!

We have received a new companion. Elder Harris is from Utah, (surprise) and happens to be in the National Guard as well, hence the title of the blog post. He works hard and teaches harder. I'm super excited for this transfer together. We'll probably be together for the next three months, so I'm glad he's cool.

The  Zone Leader is asleep, there are no more rules!

Presidente announces that we have permission to travel up to the Temple in San Antonio, but only if we go with people who were baptized under a year ago. We are super excited, many of us haven't even seen a Temple in years. And we can go with the people we baptized!

Another announcement General Authorities made was in order to combat the Zika virus, which is found in our mission, all the sister missionaries in our mission are now required to wear pants while proselyting. Ours is the only mission in the entire United States to do this, but it's probably a good thing since there is conformed Zika in the valley. The sisters in Corpus kind of freaked out. They have to change their whole wardrobe!

We're on going to the Naval base today, which should be fun!

Goodbye, everybody!
Elder Gray
