One and Done

Transfers! I'm going to be staying in Corpus for another 6 weeks, but Elder Meza is leaving tomorrow! Love this vato. He's going to Laredo, where all his extended family lives (crazy right?). 

We were only together for one transfer, but I definitely enjoyed our time together and learned a lot. Change is hard guys, but it's fun. Don't know who my new companion will be, but we'll find out!

Or maybe they won't give me a new companion and will just move me in a trio. Like Zapata. 

Took this on the first day it broke 100 degrees.

Corpus is still great! It's slowly getting hotter. The South Texas Summer is slowing creeping in. We went downtown for the first time and it's actually a pretty good town. There's a long road called Ocean Drive which goes right along the coast. Tons of palm trees and a view of the ocean make it one of my favorite places so far on my mission. 

We're about to go play Zone vs. Zone volleyball. Until next time,
